JCB 531-70 telehandlers, 7 metre lift height and 3.7 metre forward reach, wet or dry, across Perth and regional WA. Materials handling on civil and construction sites, maintained in-house by our own mechanics.
One model, two units, and the specs that decide whether it suits your job.

If you have only ever hired a forklift, the difference is reach, and reach is what changes what you can do on site.
A forklift lifts straight up and has to be able to drive to the load. A telehandler puts the load out in front of itself, 3.7 metres forward on the 531-70. That means placing a pallet over a trench, onto a slab edge, or into a frame without repositioning the machine and without bringing a crane in for the day.
Seven metres of lift height puts a load onto a first-floor level or the top of a stacked delivery. For most residential and light commercial jobs that is enough without stepping up to a bigger and more expensive machine.
Unloading deliveries, moving pallets of pipe or brick across broken ground, and getting materials to where the crew actually is rather than where the truck could park. On a site without a crane, this is the one that stops trades standing around waiting for materials.
Attachment options vary across the fleet. Tell us what you are lifting and how it needs to be picked up when you request a quote, and we will confirm what is available for your dates rather than promise something that is out.
The things people ask before they book.
Telehandlers are high risk work equipment. Your operator will need the appropriate high risk work licence for the machine and the way it is configured, plus site competency. If you are not certain what applies to your setup, take it wet and one of our operators runs it, which removes the question entirely.
Both. Wet hire includes one of our licensed operators. Dry hire is the machine only, floated to site, for crews who already hold the right ticket.
7 metres of lift height and 3.7 metres of forward reach on the 531-70. Reach reduces as you lift, which is normal for the machine type, so if you have a specific placement in mind send us the height and the distance and we will confirm it before anything leaves the yard.
As far as you can. TH01 and TH02 tend to get held for the length of a build rather than a day at a time, so availability is usually the constraint rather than suitability. If both are out we will say so straight away instead of leaving you waiting on a maybe.
Tell us what you are lifting, how high it needs to go and the dates. You will get a complete quote back, usually the same day.
