Five ASV posi-tracks, RT60 through to RT75, wet or dry, across Perth and regional WA. Low ground pressure for soft and wet ground, a small footprint for tight access, and maintained in-house by our own mechanics.
Three sizes on the same idea. Rubber tracks, low ground pressure, and a footprint that fits where a wheeled machine will not.

It comes down to what the machine does to the ground it is standing on.
Rubber tracks spread the machine's weight over a far bigger area than wheels do. On soft sand, wet clay or a freshly trimmed pad, a posi keeps working and keeps the surface intact where a wheeled machine digs in and churns it up. On a wet Perth winter site that is often the difference between working and standing around.
Narrow side access, between buildings, and onto tight infill blocks. Tracks plus a compact footprint means you can work a backyard or a small lot without taking a fence out to get in.
RT60 for the tightest access and lighter work. RT-65 is the mid-size all-rounder and the one most jobs end up on. RT75 when you want production rate and the ground is genuinely bad. If you are not sure, tell us the access width and the ground conditions and we will pick it for you.
The posis run a range of attachments depending on the job. Tell us what the work involves when you request a quote and we will confirm what is available for the dates you need.
The things people ask before they book.
For dry hire your operator needs to be competent on the machine class and able to show evidence of it, which on most sites means a verification of competency. If that is a problem, take it wet and one of our operators runs it for you.
Both. Wet hire includes one of our licensed operators. Dry hire is the machine only, floated to site, for crews who are already set up to run it.
Far less than a wheeled machine, which is the main reason people choose one. Rubber tracks spread the load, so a posi crosses lawn, sand and trimmed pads with much less disturbance. It is not zero impact though, so tell us what the surface is and we will give you an honest answer before it turns up.
Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs these go to. Send through the access width and any gate or slope constraints when you enquire, and we will confirm which of the three fits before anything leaves the yard.
Tell us the access, the ground conditions and the dates. You will get a complete quote back, usually the same day.
